B&B Jolie - Rome

The room was nicely decorated and clean. The location of the hotel was convenient, with close proximity to major attractions and public transportation.- The staff was friendly and helpful.

The locks on the doors were difficult to use. The breakfast room was often overcrowded and chaotic.

The staff was in general quite unfriendly. Sometimes just asking to have your breakfast (wich we payed for) seemed like an unreasonable request for them (wich they made very clear with their expression) The breakfast itself was very very poor. For 100 euro a night you expect atleast something fresh or bread that isnt old and reused and fruit that doesnt come out of a can. The rooms themself were quite nice and more or less clean althou very noisy.Overall summary: a very poor hotel for the money they charge and the service they provide.

The location was quite central and the room was cleaned daily. The staff were helpful when needed and we had our privacy

The hotel provided clean and nicely decorated rooms with frequent housekeeping services. It is situated in a great location with proximity to key tourist attractions and a mini-market. the hotel also offered a good breakfast selection.

The hotel had a poor Wi-Fi connection that only worked in the small common area and not in the rooms. the staff was not always available to assist with issues, which created some frustrations.

It was close enough to walk to everything we needed, the staff were friendly

I had a few problems with the internet at the beginning of my stay and the staff did their best to sort it our quickley. They were very concerned with meeting my expectations. I felt like I was important.

The towels provided although new and looked nice were thin. Also the air conditioning in the room was not very effective.

The location of this B&B is fantastic, being near the center of the city and within walking distance of major attractions like the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and the Spanish Steps. the staff is excellent, providing helpful advice and even offering shuttle services to and from the airport. the rooms are clean and well-decorated, with amenities like a small fridge and free WiFi.

The breakfast is only available until 9am, which can be inconvenient for those who prefer to sleep in on their holidays.

B&B Jolie is a small family owned place with 4 rooms. It has the best location, in the middle of the city, you have a walking distance to pretty much everything. The rooms are clean(and I'm pretty fussy with choosing hotels) and you have what you need in it.So it was a good surprise that it was so fresh. The personal is so helpful and sweet. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and if I get back to Rome I'm sure I'll stay there again. You get what you pay for, and this was better than I expected on all levels.
